Erik , Reggie , Brandon and staff are phenomenal! Love doing business with these people. They are a big part of what keeps the gulf coast up and running. As a local business owner myself , it’s pivotal to have people like them that show the professionalism and knowledge day in and day out. I recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed

We bought our Ex Mark Quest series from a local dealer that recently downsized & no longer sales Ex Mark so when the small front tire got a hole in it I had to look for another shop. I called Popps Ferry Sales in Biloxi, MS on a Friday to find out they did have replacement tire in stock. The older gentleman I spoke with was very friendly & suggested to just get the tire if rim is good b/c of price difference, which I appreciated. I asked if I needed an appt or could I stop by anytime & wait, it wouldn’t take long & stop by anytime. I got the tire off over the weekend & when I got off work on Monday I called before heading over. Got there at 4:40 a younger guy tells me I need to leave tire there & come back tomorrow to pick up b/c the part of the shop that could put a new tire on the rim closes at 3:30. I told him I just drove 45 min & called before driving over, but that didn’t matter. Why wasn’t I told that on Frid or before I called Monday? That’s a 45 min drive 1 way so that would’ve meant 3 hours of driving if I would’ve left the tire. I saw minimum of 7 men working some bringing lawnmowers inside others inside behind the desk. Not 1 person could’ve switched out a small tire?

Terrible customer service!!! Guy was very rude!! After 2 weeks of being at the shop……called to see how much repairs was going to cost and the guy on the phone was so rude, raising his voice and kept saying “oh this isn’t a cheap fix…this is going to be very expensive……if it can even be fixed” He never answered my question! Such a jerk! The most important part of running a business is treating others with kindness and respect……….and you failed at that!!
